Situated at the southern tip of the Sinai between the Red Sea Gulfs of Aqaba and Suez is Sharm El Sheikh, possibly the ultimate vacation site in the Sinai.

In the last 15 years Sharm has transformed itself from a small fishing village into a luxury resort. Located in the heart of Sharm is Naama Bay considered the main tourist attraction, this is where most hotels and dive centers are located but Sharm al Maya and Ras Um Sidd also have good diving sites. For those who prefer to keep above water the amazing under water flora and fauna can be observed from glass bottomed boats.

For the land adventurer the terrific interior of the Sinai offers guided excursions on quad-runners and motorbikes. Another option would be to explore the desert on camel or horseback or aboard a 4X4.

For the ”shop till you drop” crowd an extensive variety of local and foreign products can be found in the Sharm El Sheikh shopping malls, in the bazaars and supermarkets.

The kids are getting restless! Take them to FunTown, an amusement park or to the Bowling Center where they can knock off a few pins. You can even go ice skating... yes, there’s a skating rink in Sharm!

For the night owls, Sharm’s hot entertainment venues constantly host prominent entertainers and DJ’s from all over the world, putting Sharm on the map as an entertainment destination. An evening stroll along the promenade will give an idea as to what the hotel bars, nightclubs and casinos have to offer for your pleasure.
