Cairo Tower
The 187m tower on Gezira Island, shaped like a lotus flower wrapped in filigree is one of the city’s most visible landmarks. It is a great spot to get a bird’s eye view of the city.
From the viewing platform at the top, you can get the panoramic vista of Cairo. The view is the most spectacular at night, come before sunset and watch the city transform itself into a diamond studded blanket.
